PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical Therapists utilize the latest evidence to help you reach your  goals in the most efficient way possible. We focus on exercise and hands-on therapy to help you recover from an injury, rehabilitate from surgery, and train your body to perform its best.

 

If you can’t come to us, we can come to you! We offer sessions in our NYC location, in-home, and virtually.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Looking to improve the way you look and feel?  Interested in finally meeting your fitness goals? Our personal trainers will work with you 1:1  to improve your lean body mass and bone health through resistance, plyometric, and balance training.

Wellness and Nutrition coaches will help you create nutrition and lifestyle habits to meet your health, weight loss, and performance goals.

VIRTUAL VISIT WITH MEDICAL DOCTOR

An appointment with Dallas Kingsbury, MD to order or review blood work and/or radiological studies. An opportunity to discuss ways in which you can optimize your health for wellness and longevity.

THE WORKS

This program will help you become lean, strong, and healthy for life. First, we will gather your data through DW’s three signature experiences. Then, over the course of 12 weeks, your physical therapist and wellness and nutrition coach will prescribe a personalized training program and wellness plan. We will be with you every step of the way with unlimited email and text support.

  • Kick-off call.

  • Balanced Blood Sugar + Body Composition + Blood Panel Experiences.

  • 12-week personalized training program.

  • 4 x 30 minute wellness and nutrition sessions.

  • Weekly Zoom check-ins with your physical therapist.

RUN COACHING
(monthly membership)

Monthly run coaching for new or experienced runners looking to minimize injury and optimize performance while training for a race or recreational fitness.

  • 1:1 virtual or live kick-off meeting.

  • Access to DW’s online platform that displays your personalized run plan.

  • Weekly virtual check-ins with your physical therapist to discuss strategy & progress.

  • Unlimited support from your coach to ensure accountability.
